Our factory land is scattered in total 5 Acres of area. We have world class infrastructure for all of our factories. Total built up area is 2 acres. We have provide quarters for labours. We have office building which is well planned with best interiors. Also there is store room, laboratory and plant office in the premises.
TAPE LINE
The company is equipped with latest tape line extrusions with an output of 10 Metric tones/Day with high speed winders. We are capable to manufacture yarn from 500 Denier to 2000 Denier with different colours and shades as per customer’s requirement.
CIRCULAR LOOMS
The company is equipped with latest 54 circular weaving machines with an output of approx. 3000 Meters/day per machine. We are capable to manufacture tubular fabric, center slit, side slits and gusseted fabrics range from 14 Inches to 26 Inches in tabular form.
MANUAL STITCHING MACHINE
The company is equipped with latest automatic printing and cutting machine with a production capacity of printing 65 thousand bags /day with range from single colour to four colour.

CHILLERS AND COMPRESSORS
The company is equipped with latest chilling plant and compressors to support all machinery for their smooth functioning. The capacity of our chillers are from 57 TR and compressors from 7.5 HP to 50 HP.
BAG CONVERSION LINE
The company is equipped with latest high speed bag conversion line with a production capacity of 30,000thousand bags / day. We can manufacture bags with cold as well as heat cutting, with single and double fold at the bottom with double stitch.
